We are pleased to announce that following a full audit carried out by TEC Quality on behalf of the TSA – the representative body for UK technology enabled care services – Just Checking has successfully achieved Quality Standards Framework (QSF) accreditation. 

The QSF is a set of outcome-based standards that support organisations providing tech enabled care products and services, based on the principles of quality, safety, innovation and continuous improvement.

The scheme is the only UKAS accredited scheme for technology enabled care in the UK.

Just Checking’s QSF audit report noted the following:

• “Just Checking’s vision is delivered through innovative activity monitoring services and a set of clear values that put openness, transparency, partnerships and clients at the heart of the service.” 
• “From conversations with partners, directors and team members there is significant evidence of care and support for end-users and a ‘can do’ attitude to problem solving.” 
• “This is a safe and customer-centric service, where partners and end-users are well informed, involved and supported to make the right choices.”
• “A number of case studies provided further evidence and demonstrated the value of Just Checking as an unobtrusive, cost effective and efficient method of collecting data to help redesign services, align resources and support independence.”
• “Just Checking applies processes and controls to support the crucial components of information security, confidentiality, integrity and data availability.”
• “In conversation with a partner organisation, the auditor was advised that the team ‘are really good to work with, are inclusive and actively find solutions’. They also commented that they ‘understand what we are trying to achieve and work alongside us to reach those goals’.”  
• “One partner commented that they ‘are a pleasure to work with…are creative, innovative, listen and adapt’.”
