Best Practice Series - Transforming Complex Care Services with Technology
November 6th 2024 | 10:00AM

Just Roaming is our real-time alerting and monitoring system that enables the transformation of supporting living services and complex support services.
The aim is to reduce restrictive practices and enable people to live safely at home without the need for direct staff supervision at all times. It provides opportunities for people with complex medical and mental health needs to develop their skills, have privacy when they want it, and control when and how they receive support. Learn more about the system here.
Join our FREE webinar on Wednesday 6th November to learn about how our council and provider partners from Nottinghamshire County Council and Lifeways have implemented Just Roaming technology to help transform complex support services.
Also joining us will be experts in technology implementation Julie Mackinnon from Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and Katie Thorn from Digital Care Hub who will be sharing their insight into how health, social care and housing partners must work together to deliver positive change in our complex care models.
