Ideally, we recommend completing new installations between 8am and 5.30pm Monday – Friday. This is because our customer support team are available via phone during these hours, and can set up the install and check all sensors are working as they should. However, if you do need to install Just Checking at the weekend, we would recommend setting the install up yourself and testing it on a mobile device. If you do this, please call customer support on the Monday morning so they can make a record of the install and ensure everything is set up correctly.
